1979 Circus Magazine Gene Simmons GOLD Microphone Award

  • Circus Magazine gave this to KISS (This one is Gene's) for a special Rock Music Awards issue released in February 1980.
     
  • KISS received the Best "Live Group" award.

  • The Mic is a 1970s Vintage Shure (marked Shure Brothers Inc) Model 565 Gold, Unisphere I. Gene Simmons is printed around the microphone band, and Gene has hand-signed and dated it in black ink. (See pics) **Magzine is not included in this auction. Found it online.

  • The Mic is in excellent condition!

  • THIS ITEM WILL SHIP THE WEEK OF NOV 13TH, AS WE'RE TRAVELING ON TOUR WHEN THIS AUCTION ENDS!!
     
  • A "GS owned" Gold Sticker on the Mic cord that is attached to the Mic.
