• Yellow Folder with a KISS Unmasked sticker on the front. 
• Signed by Gene Simmons, in black
• Bottom cover area reads "Mama Concerts, The Concert Company
• Gold "GS Personally Owned" sticker on lower right corner
• Condition:  Folder has age and and creasing in areas, but the booklet is complete. No tears on any of the inside pages.
• Very cool piece of KISStory!
